10/16/17: Annoying Repeated Phone Calls near 1000 block of D Avenue
Subject and victim had been in a relationship for the past two months. Subject sent several annoying and harassing text messages to victim over a twenty-four hour period. Victim advised subject to stop texting and calling her but he continued in a harassing manner.
10/14/17: Fraudulent Use of Access Card or Account Information near 1500 block of Second Street
Unknown suspect used victim’s USAA credit card account to make fraudulent purchases totaling $1,496.41. USAA has fully credited victim’s account.
10/9/17-10/10/17: Petty Theft near 1400 block of Second Street
An unsecured bicycle was stolen from the back patio of the residence at the location. Victim is unable to identify any possible suspects. The bicycle was valued at approximately $500.
