Loews Coronado Bay Resort Partners with Living Coast Discovery Center on Go Wild! Kids Camp

Living Coast Discovery Center is taking over Loews Coronado Bay Resort with the new Loews Go Wild! Kids Camp. Kids ages 5-12 can discover San Diego through nature hunts, arts and crafts, beach exploration and games, animal interactions and more as amazing native wildlife comes to life.

“We are thrilled to partner with the Living Coast Discovery Center on the Go Wild! Kids Camp. They have been providing uniquely local, educational experiences in San Diego for over 25 years,” said Sean Clancy, Managing Director, Loews Coronado Bay Resort. “Together we’ve created a camp that encourages kids to use their imaginations and creativity as they interact with our native wildlife and explore our beautiful environment.”

The new camp is the latest addition to the Loews Loves Kids program at Loews Coronado Bay Resort. Loews Loves Kids has been setting the standard for family travel since 2000. In addition to specialized kids camps, it also offers a variety of kid-friendly amenities and activities.

The Living Coast Discovery Center is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing environmental education on coastal resource conservation, and instilling a respect for nature and wildlife in people of all ages. They inspire care and exploration of the living Earth by connecting people with coastal animals, plants and habitats. The Center sits on the 316- acre Sweetwater Marsh National Wildlife Refuge and showcases the unique animals and plants of Southern California.

Camps are available for a full-day 9am-5pm ($85 including lunch) or half-day 9am-noon or 1-5pm ($50 or $60 including lunch.) Call 619-424-4000 for reservations and further information.
