The subject entered the business to take a picture frame that she had given the bar ten years ago. The manager of the bar told her she could not take it back because it was the bars. The subject began to unscrew the picture frame from the wall, and when approached screamed “Don’t touch me!” Fearing for her safety, the subject left the scene and called the police.
