Long time local favorite, Rhinoceros Cafe & Grille, will be closing at the end of August. eCoronado.com spoke to co-owner Mayson Hwa and learned that an increase in rent, code that prevented serving alcohol outside and “just ready to be done” factors led to this decision.
So, if you want their famous “Penne a la Vodka“, be sure to visit them by this Monday. A new seafood restaurant called Islander will open be opening in October.
