An autopsy was scheduled for Monday on the body of a 32-year-old San Diego man who collapsed while running the Silver Strand Half Marathon over the weekend. Liu Feng was running between miles 11 and 12 just before 10 a.m. Sunday when he collapsed, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Paramedics took Feng to Sharp Coronado Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, the Medical Examiner’s Office reported.
