The Recreation Department is offering a Youth Volleyball Clinic for 3rd – 5th grade girls and boys who are new to the game of volleyball. Participants will receive top level instruction and learn techniques needed to excel in the sport of volleyball in a fun and non-competitive environment. Instruction will focus on passing, setting, hitting and serving. The clinic will be offered on Thursdays from 4:00-5:00 p.m. February 16, 23, March 2, 9, 16 & 23 in the Coronado Community Center Gym.
Residents of Coronado can register for this clinic and all other recreation classes on-line at coronado.ca.us/recreation beginning January 17th, and January 24th for non-residents. The fee for this clinic is $60 non-resident/$50 resident and the Barcode is 15246. No prior volleyball experience is required to participate in this six week clinic.
