Stake Chophouse & Bar Introduces Spring Wine Series


Stake Chophouse & Bar and nationally acclaimed Wine Director, Greg Majors unveil an intimate dinner series, leading guests through an exclusive exploration of the most revered wine regions around the globe. Beginning monthly in March and lasting through June, the newest jewel in the ‘Crown City’ will host a four-course meal, curated by Executive Chef Tim Kolanko, paired perfectly to an exquisite array of wines sourced from some of the most exciting wineries in Tuscany, California, Burgundy and Spain.

With Stake’s debut wine dinner to be held on Monday, March 16th, Majors will explore a “Taste of Tuscany”. Known for esoteric wine selections, guests will be guided through offerings from Chianti, Montepulciano, Montalcino and Vin Santo.

Can’t make it to grand event? For a limited time each month Majors & Kolanko will present a special “date night” menu for two, featuring a shared entrée paired alongside a wine flight (3-styles) for each guest ($95 total), with optional mignardises and wine pairing to follow (additional $10). This paired down menu is available Sunday through Thursday during select periods each month. Please contact Stake directly if interested in making a date night for two reservation.
