CORONADO, Calif. A Coronado woman has been on countless adventures at sea most of them have come on a 12-foot paddleboard.
The latest sea-quest for Carter Graves came in the Hawaiian Islands on July 27. She won the 32-mile Molokai-2-Oahu Paddleboard World Championship in the women’s stock division.
The 22-year-old Neighborhood All-Star plans to defend her title in the Catalina Classic on Sunday where she’ll paddle from Catalina Island to the mainland.
Recently, she brought her board into the Fox Sports Final studio and talked about winning her world title.
