CORONADO, CA- On Tuesday March 18, the award-winning CoSA Instrumental Music conservatory will present a recital showcasing their unique soloistic talents, as well as ensemble pieces. From Romantic to Jazz to Baroque music, there will be pieces to delight every musical palate.
The CoSA Woodwind Quintet, Brass Quartet, Jazz Band and String Ensemble will be featured playing works by Beethoven, Bach, and The Beatles. Additionally, soloists including Robert Kwiatkowski and Avery Busby will be playing works of Chopin and Debussy along with others.
The public is invited to this performance in the intimate Black Box theatre under the direction of third generation Coronadoan, Matt Heinecke. Heinecke says of his talented student performers, “This is a very exciting time for our department, with more students than ever before. This year’s group has an eclectic and diverse mix of artistic influences and we look forward to showcasing their many talents.”
