There has been a lot of buzz in our community about the 12/07/10 City Council meeting. The ‘lively’ discussion centered on the request for a ‘tunnel project audit’ from Councilmember Barbara Denny. You can watch the entire 31 minute discussion on the City’s website by clicking the link below and going to the fourth bullet/link from the bottom. It runs from 3:42 to 4:13.

Serving on City Council is a demanding responsibility and we are thankful to the elected officials that represent out community. While they should always strive for civil discourse, we know that certain topics may generate more ‘heated debates’ than others. The tunnel project has been one of the most discussed issues we have had in Coronado for many years.

If you make it through the entire 31 minutes, you’ll see that the motion unanimously passed and there was agreement by the entire Council.
