CSF Summer Enrichment 2015 Early Bird Pricing Ends 5/16

Back by popular demand, Coronado Schools Foundation is excited for your kids to join in the fun and enroll in innovative STEAM-inspired classes, June 15th to July 3rd. Now in its fourth year, the program offers classes in three one-week sessions (June 15-19, June 22-26, and June 29-July 3) for children entering grades K-12th. In addition, there will be three exciting classes that run over the course of all three weeks: Woodworking Studio (new this year for those entering grades 8 -12), CoSA Musical Theatre & Drama (grades 5-12), and SAT Test Prep (9th-12th grade). Classes are held from 9 am to 12 pm at CMS with a few at CHS. The program is run by dedicated Coronado Unified credentialed teachers and local experts with Kathy Shady, Village 4th grade teacher with her Administrative Credential, returning as Summer Enrichment Principal.

Some of the returning favorite classes include Guitar, Spanish, Raving Robotics, Ooey Gooey Science, Jump Start Kindergarten, Learning to Lead, and Game, Set, Math through Tennis. NEW to the course line up this year are Kids Go Camera Crazy, Photoshop It, Cut Throat Kitchen, Stem2Soccer Camp, Ocean Explorers, Chess, and Young Adult’s Writer’s Workshop.

Scholarships are available for military dependents and families in financial need, thanks to generous support from the Coronado Woman’s Club, Rotary Club of Coronado, Mullins Orthodontics, Boney’s Bayside Market, and Realtor Kari Lyons.
