Yoga asanas & proper alignment
Basic terminology
Breathing & Meditation
Anatomy and Physiology
Mind/Body/Spirit Connection
Structuring of Classes
Observation of your student’s capabilities
How to make modifications for beginners, injuries, etc.
Practice teaching and hands on corrections
Continue with self study, class participation & teaching
