Enjoy the many health benefits of yoga in a safe, gentle program. If you are limited by age, weight, handicap or inflexibility, this class is for you. You will do gentle movements from a chair to enhance yourability to function better in daily life, increase circulation, reduce tension and improve balance, strength and flexibility. You will work on breathing and relaxation to improve your health and well being.
