This Level 1 Instructor Certification is for those who want to pursue teaching or students who just want to deepen their practice. You will learn and practice:

•The art of teaching yoga
•Philosophy of Kitaido yoga
•Yoga asanas & proper alignment
•Basic terminology
•Breathing & Meditation
•Anatomy and Physiology
•Mind/Body/Spirit Connection
•Structuring of Classes
•Observation of your student’s capabilities
•How to make modifications for beginners, injuries, etc.
•Practice teaching and hands on corrections
•Continue with self study, class participation & teaching
