While choking on water at her work place, the victim was struck on the left shoulder/neck area by a female coworker that the victim believes is hostile toward her.

Victim parked in a parking lot close to the beach at 7 a.m. Returning to the car at 4 p.m., the victim noticed the rear license plate was missing from the vehicle.

The victim was contacted by an unknown male suspect via telephone in reference to her owing money to the Internal Revenue Service for back taxes. The victim paid the subject by withdrawing cash from her personal bank account and put the money on Reload-It prepaid cards. The total loss is $1,900.
