The above paid public parking sign was recently installed at Vons supermarket located at 868 Orange Avenue. Non-Vons shoppers can pay for up to 4 hours of parking that range from $5 (0-2 hours) to $10 (0-4 hours).
Free parking is for Vons customers only and may not exceed more than 60 minutes. Violators will be subject to a parking fee of $39 and possibly have their car towed.
This is similar to what Walgreens added last year (although Walgreens gives you two more hours for $10):
