eCoronado.com has learned that a Coronado developer has purchased the historic “Spreckels Mansion” at 1043 Ocean Boulevard for an undisclosed price.
Scott Aurich of Pacific Sotheby’s brokered the transaction. The developer is being identified as 1043 Ocean Blvd. LLC and according to Scott Aurich, “will be restored to its original luster and glory”.
The 12-room, 11-bath property will be listed at $14.5 million.
