If you haven’t had a lesson from Phil, Mike or Jon ever, or if you haven’t had a lesson in all of 2009, this is your chance to get united or reunited with a pros at the Coronado Tennis Center. Hourly lessons are normally $60 per hour, but if you mention this ad, you can get your first lesson for only $30. It’s a great way to improve your strokes or just to try out a new sport. Offer is good for both adults or junior players.
Lessons are offered 7 days per week at the Tennis Center Courts on Glorietta. Instructors include Phil Hopkins, Michael Axelson and Jon Caswell. All are actively involved in the junior program which runs from 2:45 to 7:00 pm Monday through Thursday with classes for every age and ability. Junior lessons start at $10 per session and private lessons are based on $60 per hour. Wednesday night from 7:00 – 8:30pm there is an aerobic drill for intermediate to advanced players that is $10 per session.
The Coronado Tennis Center (located at 1501 Glorietta Blvd) has 8 courts (3 lighted). The Pro Shop is located at the Coronado Tennis Center and offers racket stringing, ball machine rental and a complete line of tennis merchandise.
