Junior middies Kaitlyn Couture and Michaela Guerrera each registered a co-team-high four points on three goals and one assist to lead No. 21 Coronado to a 13-11 victory over La Costa Canyon in a CIF-San Diego Section game Thursday.
Senior middie Anna Turpit and junior middie Alex Reidy each added three points on two goals and one assist to help the Islanders (16-2) win their 10th straight game. Junior attack Lauren Mack scored twice, and senior attack Coco O’Brien had a goal to round out the offense for Coronado.
