Fire + Fly Sporadically Closed – Looking for Buyer

Many have noticed that the Fire + Fly Artisan Pizza restaurant had been keeping erratic hours and has recently been closed with paper covering the front windows and doors.

Shirley “Shell” Tajedini, who has owned the business for about a year and a half, says that business went well the first year and she managed to increase sales substantially over prior years. However, she recently felt a need to sell the business when her mother fell ill and Tajedini was needed in Texas to help take care of her.

Tajedini says that she is working with the owner of the building to try to sort out issues that she has encountered with the current lease. She says, “They have been wonderful.”

As of today, the business remains shuttered with a sign on the door saying that it is undergoing renovations and will be reopened in 2018.
