Cole Mullins is a member of the Junior Optimist Club of Coronado. His video recently won the youth division at the International Optimist Club convention in Quebec, Canada.
That win, earned the Junior Optimist Club of Coronado $1,000.
Now he is entered in the Grand Prize category for an additional $500.
