Am I blue? You’d be too
Blue was trapped by a Coronado resident who believed she was homeless. Estimated to be eight years old this isn’t how Blue thought she would end up… with no human or home to call her own.
When she first arrived at the Coronado Animal Care Facility, Blue was timid and overwhelmed by all of the activity at the shelter. She has now begun to settle in nicely and has started to come out to greet soft spoken visitors and solicit pets.
Caregivers and volunteers say that her confidence is building daily and she is venturing out from her “fort” under the cat tree more and more.
Blue is affectionate in a quiet way and enjoys pets and kind words. She would do best in a quieter home without young children.
Are you the one to show Blue that life can be good again filled with love and the comfort of a good home? She will offer you unconditional love and companionship for many years to come.
You can meet Blue at the Coronado Animal Care Facility any day between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm (except major holidays). The Coronado Animal Care Facility is located at 1395 First Street at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.
If you are interested in adopting Blue, you must first complete a Cat Adoption Application and meet with a PAWS of Coronado Cat Adoption Counselor. Cat adoption applications are available at the facility or Cat Adoption Applications may be completed online.
If you have any questions, please contact the Cat Adoption Team online or call Bob at 619-840-9727.
