Coronado Little League seeks volunteer umpires

The Little League Baseball season starts in a few weeks, and Coronado Little League is looking for some more volunteer umpires. CLL is extremely proud of being the only League in the District (which is much of San Diego area) with all volunteer umpires. We umpire games for 9-10 year olds (AAA), 11-13 year olds (Intermediate) and 13-16 year olds (Juniors).

Anybody from age 12 on up is eligible to be an umpire, and we provide the equipment and training. We have approximately 14 games a week and we try to have two umpires per game. So if you have an interest in seeing some really good baseball up close, and want to help out a with a great youth activity, please give Dave Gillingham a call (619-992-5318). We could use your help!
