Coronado Schools Foundation’s Centennial Celebration Auction on November 16th at the Hotel del Coronado will not only be an amazing auction with fabulous entertainment, but also a culinary extravaganza to please every palate. Hosted wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks will be offered from 5:30 to 7:15 pm, with the Del’s Chefs creating a unique menu from some of the Del’s most popular items which will be artistically and individually crafted for CSF’s guests. “Guests may choose to sample one of everything a challenging task for even the heartiest appetites – or they can just keep getting refreshed on their favorite selections,” noted Lauren H. Fernandez, CSF’s Director of Development. New this year will be miniature desserts and coffee served tableside, created by the Del’s Pastry Chef, while guests enjoy a performance by the CoSA Musical Theatre Tour Group, provided courtesy of Dr. and Mrs. Nancy Chaconas.
