Spoke to the City of Coronado today and they confirmed that the ‘new’ Spreckels Park playground is open for ‘kid business’ on March 30th, 2009. This is one of the most popular parks on the island, so everyone is pretty excited about the new playground equipment. There are new benches and even new grass. There is a new sandpit, new swings, new slides, new EVERYTHING! Check out these pictures below.
