Coronado High School Ceramics Presents Empty Bowls April 27th

Empty Bowls 2017Coronado High School ceramics will be holding their annual Empty Bowls event on April 27, 2017 from 5-7pm in the CHS Quad. Ceramics students have been busy making 1,000 bowls in preparation for this event. For $20 you will get to choose your handmade bowl, and then have it filled with soup donated by local restaurants; bread and water complete the meal.

For 2017, all funds will support these San Diego hunger relief non-profits: Kitchens for Good, Beth Israel of San Diego Hunger Project, Feeding San Diego, Mama’s Kitchen. The 2016 Empty Bowls event raised over $13,000.
