After a few texts and calls about a ‘major production’ going on at Spreckels Park, we decided to investigate. Much to our surprise it was Ronald McDonald doing a McDonald’s commercial. The AD said that it would be seen on TV in the next month or so. He would not say if it was a national ad or not.
Most of the filming was being shot walking on 6th Street towards Orange Avenue. We have also been informed that Ronald will be filming at four homes near the park. Also, there was a brown dog in the shot that was walking next to ‘Ron’…hmmm. If we get more details, we’ll post them here.
