Dogtime Media and Mary Matthews were proud to present $1,000 to shelter honoree PAWS of Coronado. Dogtime Media presents the Petties every year. The Petties honor winning pet bloggers with awards of donations to the animal shelter or rescue of their choice. Mary’s tweet, “Congratulations on the #Petties Modern Cat! Your designs are as intoxicating as cat nip” won for one of the best tweets! Modern cat won best designed blog.

PAWS of Coronado is VERY THANKFUL to have received this donation from The Petties on behalf of Mary Matthews. PAWS of Coronado is a 100% Volunteer run Non-Profit who relys completely on fund raising and donations to help fund our many programs such as adoption, fostering of stressed shelter animals, spay and neuter programs, public awareness / education regarding animal welfare issues and networking with animal rescue groups, humane societies and other animal care facilities.
