PAWS HAPPY TAILS: Annie the new Nautical Queen (A Purfect Coronado Tail!)

HAPPY TAIL!! Our tall Dachshund mix, Annie, has been adopted. This lively little gal was spotted on her very first walk out of quarantine. Her parents live on a gorgeous sailboat. All around the deck is a type of plastic fencing that will keep Annie from falling overboard. She already has her very own bright yellow life vest. The family had lived with another dog on their boat for 12 years. They work from the boat but come ashore often so Annie will get her much loved walks and will almost never be left alone.

Our vollunteer who heads Dog adoptions ran into Annie with her new family. The three of them were on their way to Wag’n Tails to pick up a collar. It looked like they had always been a family. Annie found her artificial grass on board and knew exactly what is was for. She loves to circle the deck and watch all the activity in the bay through the fencing.

Yeah Annie… enjoy your nautical life!
