The Coronado Islanders Varsity Girls Golf Team came in as Runner-up in Division II for CIF, coming in second only to Mater Dei. They played 18 holes on Monday and Wednesday, November 4 and 6, at Admiral Baker Golf Course. Only the top team advances, but congratulations to individual players Crista Izuzquiza and Mary Damian for making it to the next round of CIF, regionals to be played at Brookside this Wednesday and Thursday.
