Last Chance to Audition for 3rd Annual Coronado’s Talent

The Biggest Live Show On The Island Is Back And You Could Be One Of The Stars Of The Show!

Coronado’s third annual community wide talent show is returning to the island with some BIG changes! Big changes that include splitting the prize categories into two groups, youth and adults. Approximately 10 adult and youth acts will perform for a crowd that has sold out every year. The grand prize for each will be a 3 month membership to the Club at The Del courtesy of the Hotel del Coronado valued at approximately $4,000.

Last year the show featured a diversity of talent from Acro Yoga to a hundred year old contestant hula dancing and an exhibition by the City Ballet of San Diego. Show creator, engaged community member and local real estate Broker Alan Kinzel, along with the audition committee, saw 65 different individuals and groups showcase their talents for a chance to be selected as one of the acts to perform in the live show. April Ishmael, event coordinator, said “it was amazing to see children as young as 4 years old all the way up to 100 years old auditioning and sharing their talent. We want all members in the community to feel special and know that we appreciate their talents and want to share it with the entire island!”

Last year’s talent ranged from a variety of dance, music, acrobat, ballet, jump rope and many other spectacular performances. This is your last chance to showcase your extraordinary talent to the local community! Kinzel stated, “this year each contestant is going to receive the A-list treatment! Participants will receive a special gift box filled with prizes and participate in a media day receiving professional headshots!”

All acts and ages are strongly encouraged to audition! This year’s first place prize is valued at over $4,000! More details on the amazing first place prize to come, stay tuned on the Coronado Homes and Lifestyle Facebook page or www.coronadostalent.com for more information.

Last year and this year’s show has been generously underwritten by Donna Salof who has been an outstanding supporter and advocate for the Coronado Schools Foundation.
