Berkshire Hathaway Home Services just announced that the Bay to Beach Group is being honored as top agents for the first half of 2018. Specifically, they are ranked #2 in transactions out of all of the company’s Coronado agents and #16 in production out of all of the company’s San Diego area agents.

“Our joy comes from representing hundreds of families over 65 cumulative years in Coronado real estate”, said Charlotte Rudowicz. Charlotte is joined in this partnership with one of the Island’s real estate legends, Phyl Sarber, and Frances MacCartee.

“Thank you Coronado. Because of your trust and confidence in us, we have been honored with receiving these rankings. We are committed to continue to provide you with the unmatched level of service you deserve”, said Phyl Sarber.

In today’s market it is critical to be represented by hometown professionals consistently using their networks to get the job done. “Our deepest desire is to be able to maintain our Coronado community and give back to the town that has given us and our children so much”, said Frances MacCartee. The women are dedicated to this philosophy and therefore are involved with the Coronado Rotary, Coronado Historical Association and the Coronado Schools Foundation.
