Imperial Beach, Chula Vista, Port District – Border Sewage Lawsuit Hearing on Monday, August 13, 2018 at 10am
On Monday, August 13, there will be a hearing to decide whether the lawsuit against the IBWC, filed by the cities of Imperial Beach, Chula Vista and the Port of San Diego should be dismissed.
In some cases, the courts decide the case without going to oral arguments. In this case the judge wants to hear the arguments.
