Baileigh Industrial, Inc. is announcing that Coronado homeowner, Fred M. Butler, informed the company’s Board of Directors of his intention to retire as Chairman effective November 24, 2017.
Mr. Butler has served as Chairman of Baileigh’s Board for 18 years. In addition to the exemplary guidance and oversight he has provided for Baileigh as Chairman, Mr. Butler was instrumental in the founding and formation of Baileigh Industrial in 1999. Prior to his years at Baileigh, Mr. Butler served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (a NYSE-listed manufacturer of cranes, commercial ice cube machines and ships) from 1990 to 1998.

Mr. Stephan B. Nordstrom has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Baileigh Board of Directors.
