The Coronado Times spoke with Tod Mesirow, co-director of The Wild Ponies of Chincoteague documentary showing at the Coronado Island Film Festival. The film, created by Kurt Kolaja and Tod Mesirow, chronicles a small island community’s “pony penning” and the incredible impact one pony makes on a teenage girl.
The movie is showing at Village Theatre at 8:30am, Friday, Nov. 9th. Co-director, Tod Mesirow, filmed a video invite to attend the screening and stay for a special discussion at the conclusion of the showing.
CIFF passes are still being sold and sometimes there may be “$10 rush” tickets available at theatre.
