The City of Coronado and the Cultural Arts Commission hosted a public unveiling of “Sit a Spell and Play a Tune,” on May 25th, 2017. It’s a pilot public art project modeled after several successful outdoor piano public art projects popping up in communities throughout the country.
The installation creates a performance-inspiring, interactive public art installation for residents and visitors to enjoy. Local resident Marilyn Rees and Coronado School of the Arts student Brody Schiff performed (watch video below).
