Vigilucci’s Ristorante Coronado has been sold after eight (8) years of serving fine Italian food in Coronado.Vigilucci’s Ristorante Coronado, which opened in the spring of 2009, has officially been sold, after eight years of serving fine Italian food in Coronado, to Italian Confidential LLC, an affiliate of Blue Bridge Hospitality of Coronado. The Coronado Times originally reported about the change in ownership in April.
A statement provided by Vigilucci’s Marketing and Public Relations Director, Tracy Pedrazzani, confirms the name of the restaurant will not change because Italian Confidential will be allowed to use Vigilucci’s name at the Coronado restaurant for four months; however, Vigilucci’s will not be involved in the management of the restaurant. Many of Vigilucci’s former employees will be staying with the new owners to allow for a smooth transition. Blue Bridge Hospitality operates many restaurants in Coronado so they know and service Coronado very well.
Roberto Vigilucci wishes Blue Bridge Hospitality “all the best” in their new endeavor. Roberto Vigilucci wants to thank everyone who supported and dined at Vigilucci’s Ristorante Coronado including the many guests and diners, the Coronado hotel managers and concierges. The group sincerely appreciates the relationships it has built with locals and businesses and credits the success of Vigilucci’s Ristorante to it’s hardworking and dedicated staff.
