The Recreation Department is offering a Youth Volleyball Clinic for 3rd – 5th grade girls and boys who are new to the game of volleyball. Â Participants will receive top level instruction and learn techniques needed to excel in the sport of volleyball in a fun and non-competitive environment. Â Instruction will focus on passing, setting, hitting and serving. The clinic will be offered on Thursdays from 4:00-5:00 p.m. February 16, 23, March 2, 9, 16 & 23 in the Coronado Community Center Gym.
Residents of Coronado can register for this clinic and all other recreation classes on-line at coronado.ca.us/recreation beginning January 17th, and January 24th for non-residents. Â The fee for this clinic is $60 non-resident/$50 resident and the Barcode is 15246. No prior volleyball experience is required to participate in this six week clinic.
