CHS Senior Standout: Aly Brady

Senior Aly Brady began her Coronado story when she was accepted into the CoSA musical theatre and drama department. Once here Aly Brady fell in love with all the people, classes, and CoSA teachers at Coronado High School.

Aly had a great 4-year experience at Coronado High School. She loved how there were so many clubs and opportunities for students with all types of interests. “All the teachers are excited to teach, and are very approachable.” Aly’s favorite teacher is AP World History teacher, Mr. Heaphy, because he loves history, and there was never a dull moment in his class. In the last month and a half of school Aly is excited to graduate, but also to cherish the time with all her friends and classmates.

Next Fall Aly will be heading up to Washington to attend the University of Washington. Aly chose UW because, “the campus is stunning and I loved the city of Seattle. I am also excited about all the programs and clubs and it just felt right.” While at UW, Aly thinks she will study English. She has always wanted to be a writer and in ten years Aly hopes to be a published author, having adventures, doing exciting things, and meeting new people.

One thing many people do not know about Aly is that, ” I’m obsessed with space. It fascinates me and I am always doing research. If I were better at math I would major in astronomy.”
