Just over the bridge and minutes away in Point Loma, a group of residents have created a winter wonderland of holiday lights. Take the kids, and maybe a mug of hot cocoa, find a place to park, and stroll among the two or so blocks of elaborately decorated homes along Garrison Street. The decorations include lights, complex window displays, dozens of inflatable characters decked out in their holiday best, beautiful window paintings — this is something you’ll have to see to appreciate.
The epicenter for the decorations is where Garrison Street meets Garrison Place, not far from Chatsworth Boulevard.
