Howard Pollock, former Alaska congressman and a key political player in the early years of statehood, died Sunday in Coronado, Calif. He was 90.
Pollock is survived by all five of his children and nine grandchildren. Services will be Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Coronado. A separate memorial service is planned for Anchorage in July. A full obituary will run in the Daily News at a future date.
