Optimist International has recently partnered with the IKeepSafe Internet Safety Coalition in order to provide a valuable resource for both parents and children to learn about the inherent dangers of the internet – and how to implement both common sense and current software measures to keep your children safe.
April is Optimist Internet Safety Month, and we invite you to visit www.ikeepsafe.org to educate yourselves on this issue. As internet savvy as you may already be in defense of your children, we guarantee you will learn more while there. Once you are comfortable on the site, we encourage you to introduce it to your children.
