Early Morning Coronado Fire Spreads from Vehicle to Home

Just after 5am this morning, Coronado Fire Department (Engine 36) responded to a fire in the ally of the 900 block of G Avenue. Captain Fagan explained to eCoronado.com that a vehicle was fully engulfed in flames and had spread to the home adjacent to where the vehicle was parked. Firefighters were able to extinguish both fires and limit additional damage to the home, however the vehicle was a “total loss”. Captain Fagan said that there were no injuries reported.
