The construction fence has been removed and the Coronado lawn bowling green is now open. The official grand opening will be March, 17, 2010.
I snapped some photos and video (below) earlier today…it looks beautiful. You can try it out by contacting the city of Coronado: Call 619-522-7342 to sign up or get a lesson.
In the video, you can see the Coronado Library, Coronado High School and St. Paul’s United Methodist Church. An absolutely beautiful location to bowl.
