It was a beautiful morning today on Coronado, so I took a 30 minute bike ride around the perimeter of the island. Mine wasn’t along the official Coronado bike path, but still a very fun loop. It included riding along Ocean Blvd towards the Hotel del Coronado, continuing down Orange (HWY 75) with the Coronado Shores on your right, crossing the street over to the Community Center, hopping on the bike path going back towards the bridge along Glorietta, hitting the trail near the golf course going under the bridge, along Tidelands Park, grabbing a snack at Coronado Ferry Landing and then back up 1st Street to Alameda and back to Ocean Blvd. You really can’t go wrong biking around town or up and down the Silver Strand.
