I went down to the Orange Avenue 4th of July parade route and the entire median was full by 6am. I spoke with some early risers and they said they tried to put down their chairs/blankets as early as 3am, but the Coronado police made them wait until 4:59am. Also, there are postings all over Orange that say ‘no canopys’ and of course, there are canopys everywhere. I don’t expect there will be any citations over this today.
