Cops and Robbers: City Hall Vandalized (7/4/17-7/20/17)

Thanks to the City of Coronado Police Department for providing The Coronado Times with the below information (partial list):

Crimes

7/19/17-7/20/17: Malicious Mischief/Vandalism (Misdemeanor) near 1800 block of Strand Way
Unknown suspect threw a rock at and broke the outside window pane of a window at City Hall. The total damage is estimated at approximately $400.

7/19/17: Petty Theft near 700 block of D Avenue
Unknown suspect stole victim’s bicycle from the front yard of the location. The loss is estimated at $400.

7/17/17: Petty Theft near 800 block of Orange Avenue
Victim reported her green Trek bike stolen by unknown suspect, while she was in the Village Movie Theater.

7/13/17: Grand Theft Property near 700 block of Kingston Court West
Unknown suspects stole the victim’s bicycles which were left unattended parked on her front porch for approximately half an hour. The victim’s wedding rings and necklace were secured in a bag in front of one of the bicycles.

7/13/17: Battery near 800 block of D Avenue
During a verbal argument, suspect hit victim on the head with a skateboard.

7/12/17-7/13/17: Petty Theft near 1100 block of Flora Avenue
Unknown suspects stole the victim’s unlocked beach cruiser and fled in an unknown direction.

7/6/17-7/13/17: Petty Theft near 1500 block of 2nd Street
Unknown suspects removed a package containing three dresses from the front door of the residence. The total value of the dresses is $294.

7/5/17: Malicious Mischief/Vandalism (Felony) near 500 block of H Avenue
The bathroom window of victim’s residence was found broken. The manner in which the window was broken is unknown.

7/4/17: Petty Theft near 1700 block of Avenida Del Mundo
A bicycle was stolen from the area of the Coronado Shores. Four days later, the stolen bicycle was recovered at the golf course. Victim claims a stolen helmet is still missing and is valued at $70.

44 year old male

7/19/17: Disorderly Conduct Due to Alcohol – Misdemeanor near 5000 block of Cays Boulevard
38 year old male

7/16/17: DUI Alcohol/Causing Bodily Injury – Felony near Coronado Cays Boulevard and Jamaica Village Road
25 year old male

7/12/17: Possession of Controlled Substance near 700 block of Orange Avenue
26 year old female

7/4/17: Battery – Misdemeanor near 1400 block of Glorietta Boulevard
20 year old male

7/4/17: Battery – Misdemeanor near 1400 block of Glorietta Boulevard
38 year old male
