I am a financial executive with long standing Coronado roots dating back to 1970. I have watched this city evolve over the years.  One of the truly unique charms of Coronado is the sophisticated yet small town feel of this community in the midst of a large metropolitan city.
As with so many other cities, we too, are challenged to find a balance between sensible development, community services, security, traffic congestion and more in our efforts to meet current needs while retaining that special Coronado experience.
I am voting for Marvin Heinze for City Council on November 8th, because I am confident Marvin possesses the breadth of experience, knowledge, and passion to fight for initiatives that will continue to make Coronado a wonderful place to live. Â Marvin has 28 years active duty military service with degrees in Architecture and Engineering. Â Marvin is currently Vice Chairman of the Coronado Planning Commission, has served on the Coronado Community Emergency Response Team Board, the Coronado Street Committee, the Board of Directors for the Coronado Cays Homeowners Association, and more.
I have known Marvin for many years. He is a friend and a neighbor, but more importantly, he is a person of high integrity.  These are just a few of the reasons, I will be voting for Marvin Heinze for City Council on November 8th.
