Excessive vehicular noise seems to be a common thread among virtually all neighborhoods in San Diego County and quite likely the entire state of California. A mandated vehicle inspection similar to what other states have implemented would solve this dilemma allowing residents to enjoy a little peace and quiet rather than listening to noisy pipes on a passer-by’s car or motorcycle.
