Fitness = Fun = Fundraising for schools.
Coronado Training Center is hosting a FREE event this Saturday, 2/6 9am-11pm, with donations welcome and 100% of proceeds are going to Coronado public schools through the Coronado Schools Foundation.
CTC will be hosting families and community to preview fitness classes for adults and families including Fit4Drums, Zumba, and CardioFit with Coronado favorite trainers:
Alessandra Eck (fit4 drums)
Shea Hawthorne (Zumba)
Lori Boyle (Zumba)
Renee Cavanaugh (Cardio Fit)
Master Dan Boyle w/ his martial arts students demonstrating Tae Kwon DO, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and B.A.M. for moms.
**This is a donation event with 100% of the proceeds going to the Coronado Schools Foundation.**
There will be prizes given away throughout the day and we are trying to get a teachers only Drum-off with Alessandra.
Don’t miss this great community event – surprises and fun will happen all day! Classes will be approximately 25 -30 minutes to give everyone a chance to join in on the fun.
